SCHAUMBURG, ILL., OCTOBER 13 2025 – On October 13, congressional candidate Neil Khot visited Enclave Academy with Congressman Danny K. Davis. This nonprofit organization, located in the 8th District, focuses on building leadership and psychological understanding among local business owners and entrepreneurs. Enclave’s founder, John R. Dallas Jr., shared how the academy helps community and business leaders with tools for purposeful and collaborative growth.
After the tour, Neil and Congressman Davis met with local business owners to talk about economic revitalization. They discussed the importance of building partnerships among government, education, and the private sector. The conversation highlighted how strong local
leadership can attract employers, support small businesses, and create well-paying jobs in the district.
Neil emphasized the 8th District’s potential for economic growth, noting its available commercial space, skilled workforce, and proximity to major transportation networks as key advantages for attracting new businesses and investment.
